Junior Sales Support in IT

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Support professional to join our team. Essential Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing documentation, processing orders, and handling internal records.
Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to gather necessary information and resolve any queries related to sales processes and documentation.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Utilize office software (Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Slack) to manage tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain organized records.
Proactively identify and address potential issues or discrepancies in sales documentation.

Qualifications:
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. All communication, both internal and external, is conducted in English.
Prior experience in a company’s back office or legal support function is required. This role involves significant document handling and working with internal records.
Exceptional attention to detail is crucial. The ability to meticulously review documents, consult multiple databases, and gather information from various sources is paramount.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, and Slack, are necessary.
A demonstrated interest in sales and a desire to develop a career in a sales-related field.
